Course Description:

We offer Adobe Photoshop CC training. Adobe Photoshop Beginners will assist to make Photoshop understandable and usable. You won't find a technical explanation of every option for every tool in every situation, but rather a concise explanation of those parts of Photoshop you're most likely to need.

 

Target Audience

Anybody that has little or no experience with Adobe Photoshop. This course is also designed to help you pass the Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) exam for Photoshop. For complete certification training, you should complete this course and Adobe Photoshop for Advanced Users.

 

Prerequisites

Good working knowledge of the Windows Operating System and proper IT skills

PHOTOSHOP COURSE INFORMATION

Which Photoshop Course do I take?

We offer 2 Photoshop courses. A 2-day beginner and a 2-day advanced. Please read the course oulines above to determine which is best for you. We recommend taking the advanced course if you are knowledgable of at least 70% of the beginner course.

Adobe Photoshop Onsite Course Options

Wherever your office is located, we can come to you and deliver a private custom Photoshop course. The larger the group the bigger the discount. However we also offer Photoshop training for individuals, either at your home or your home.

For on-site courses, you will need to have a computer with Photoshop and if there are 3 or more delegates, a projection system is required for our Photoshop instructor.

Adobe Photoshop Public Courses

Currently we only offer Public Photoshop courses in the Johannesburg and Cape Town areas. We can however provide a private onsite course or of course an online Photoshop course is also available

Photoshop Online Courses

If you are unable to attend a public Photoshop course, or simply prefer the convenience of an online course, these are regularly offered. For online Photoshop courses you will need Photoshop, an internet connection of 5MB/s or faster and a headset with a mic or use your laptop's built in mic and speakers. All Photoshop course materials are provided digitally. The course is of course, live and fully interactive with engaging teaching.

What else should I learn after my Photoshop course?

Graphic Designers will always have other tools in their toolbox, but Photoshop is the most important. The product name has even become a common term, photoshopped. Although Photoshop has been used for many years as a multi purpose graphic tool, its real focus is image manipulation. Not illustration, nor layout. For those requirements, Illustrator and InDesign are the next tools in your tool box.

The ACE is a higher qualification which requires writing an online exam
