Terms

Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have received an e-mail confirming your course booking. The running of this course is subject to the number of enrolments. The Training Centre reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of seats are not filled. Students who have already booked and paid will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

When you book this course an invoice will be emailed to you and you are financially liable to pay this invoice. Do not book this course if you are not 100% certain you are able to attend. If you need a quote, click here or email us. Payment is required SEVEN days prior to your course and we can only guarantee your seat when it has been received. Upon receipt of payment we will email you the course confirmation which includes the location, dates and times of your course. Please make sure you arrive on time to be fair to the other delegates. If you are late you may not be permitted into the training.

Delegate Information

Dress is casual and for public courses we provide a windows pc for each delegate. You are welcome to bring your own laptop if you wish, just let us know. Unless specified, lunch is included. If you have any specific dietary requirements, we need to know at least 2 days prior to your course. You are welcome to bring in your own work/samples but for public courses we need to accommodate all the delegates attending and may not get a chance to see or work on your specific project. Digital course materials are provided along with a certificate upon completion of your training.

Our outlines are a guide to the content covered on a typical course. We may change or alter the course topics to meet the objectives of a particular group. We can assist with accommodation if you are traveling into one of the training centres. The course prices listed are for training only and do not include the software.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates may cancel a course and receive a full refund (less a R250.00 administrative fee) if cancellation is received at least TEN DAYS prior to the course date. Delegates are not eligible for a refund if cancellation is received within TEN DAYS of the course date (rescheduling is permitted in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy).

Rescheduling Policy

Delegates may reschedule a course without charge if rescheduling is requested at least SEVEN days prior to the course date. Rescheduling within SEVEN days of the course date will be subject to a penalty of 75% of the course fee, which will be billed to the delegates payment method, including those paying with credit cards.
